JDF Regular Home Cleaning is designed for occupied homes that are already at a maintainable cleaning standard and need ongoing care weekly, fortnightly or every 4-weeks.
This is a maintenance cleaning service rather than a deep clean. If your home has significant build-up or needs more detailed attention before regular servicing begins, we may recommend our Spring Cleaning service first.

Optional Add-Ons
Regular Home Cleaning has a deliberately simple add-on structure. The following can be added when arranged before your service:
Standard Rubbish Bin cleaning — from $5 per bin
We can discard of your waste from bins/ wash bins & replace liner
Waredrobe mirror cleaning — from $4 per panel
Bed Linen Change — from $10 per bed
We can change your bed linen using clean linen supplied by you.
Laundry Wash & Hang — from $20 per load
Laundry can be washed and hung as part of your booked service.
Laundry Folding — from $15 per load
Clean laundry can be folded as an additional service.
Ironing — quoted according to quantity
Ironing can be arranged in advance, with the scope and fixed price confirmed before your service.
What isn't included in Regular Home Cleaning.
Regular Home Cleaning does not include detailed/deep-cleaning tasks such as:
Cleaning inside cupboards or drawers
Cleaning inside wardrobes or linen cupboards
High dusting
Ceiling fan cleaning
Light fitting cleaning
Doors and frames
Skirting board cleaning
Internal or external window cleaning
Window or sliding-door track cleaning
Blind or shutter cleaning
Oven interior cleaning
Rangehood filter cleaning
Cleaning inside the refrigerator
Wall washing
Rubbish Bin removal or cleaning
Waredrobe mirror cleaning
Mould remediation
Carpet extraction or steam cleaning
Pest-control services

Moving heavy furniture
Decluttering or organising personal belongings
Some of these tasks are available through our Spring Cleaning or Move-In Cleaning services, depending on what your home requires.
Customising Your Regular Cleaning Scope
You don't have to include every standard component.
If there are areas you don't need cleaned—for example, an unused bedroom, a bathroom you don't use, the kitchen, dusting, vacuuming or mopping—we can adjust the agreed scope and calculate your fixed price accordingly.
Likewise, if your home contains additional regularly used spaces such as an office, media room, playroom or other living area, these should be included when we establish your cleaning scope.

Before Regular Cleaning Begins
Regular Home Cleaning works best when the home is already at a reasonable maintenance standard.
If there is significant accumulated dust, grease, soap build-up, detailed cleaning required throughout the home, or areas that need to be brought back to a maintainable condition, JDF may recommend completing a Spring Clean before commencing Regular Home Cleaning.
This allows ongoing services to focus on maintaining the home consistently, rather than trying to complete deep-cleaning work within a maintenance service.
